Who it covers

Customers on their first MarkedUp pilot subscription: $1,500 per quarter, with unlimited users and unlimited audits.

You get a full refund if all three are true

  1. You ran at least 10 audits in MarkedUp during your first 90 days.
  2. Those audits found less than $1,500 worth of errors in your drawings.
  3. You told us about an issue with MarkedUp or its results, and we didn't fix it within 7 calendar days.

How we count $1,500 worth of errors

We value every issue MarkedUp finds at $500. That's the going rate to fix a single miss in the field once construction has started, like a missing door, a sink, or a VAV box or diffuser, installed. So 3 issues found equals $1,500.

How to ask for your refund

Email customer@markedup.io within 90 days of your start date and include your account name. We'll check your audit history and reply within 7 calendar days. If you qualify, we'll refund the full $1,500 to your original payment method.
