Mechanical sets show the same equipment in two places: the tag on the plan and the row in the schedule. When equipment is added, renamed or removed late in design, the two drift apart. MarkedUp checks in both directions, tags to schedule and schedule to tags, so every mismatch is flagged with its sheet references before pricing or construction.
